Rolaat Musakhan (chicken & sumac wraps)

You will love our Rolaat Musakhan (Musakhan Rolls)! Juicy pieces of chicken with deliciously tangy flavours of sumac and onion, all conveniently rolled in a piece of Shraaq bread. They are a great snack or side dish, and kids love them in their school lunchboxes. You can heat them in the oven or in a sandwhich press if you prefer.

Cooking Instructions: Preheat the oven to 160C. Take out the Rolaat Musakhan. Let them defrost for 10 mins. Cook until hot (about 20 mins). Flip them over halfway.
