Burak bil Jibneh wal Baqdoones (cheese & parsley pastries)

For the love of cheese! Our cheese and parsley Burak are crispy on the outside and ooze cheese on the inside. They are easy to cook, don't need defrosting, and are ready in 5 minutes. It’s that simple! Your kids and guests will love them! 

We always use the best quality cheeses and fresh parsley, and never add preservatives. 

Cooking Instructions: Do not defrost before frying. Heat the cooking oil in a pot until hot. Fry the Burak until golden (about 5 min).

Ingredients: Pastry roll (wheat flour, water, vegetable oil), halloumi cheese, mozzarella cheese, whole eggs, fresh parsley.
