Burak bil Jibneh wal Zaatar (cheese & thyme pastries)

Who doesn't love melted cheese? These Burak bil Jibneh are absolutely delicious. The cheese melts perfectly and the thyme gives them a lovely unique flavour. Our cheese rolls are a great side dish and ideal for when your kids have friends over. It really can’t get any easier as they’re ready in five minutes and don't even need defrosting. 

We always use the best quality cheeses and fresh zaatar (thyme), and never add preservatives. 

Cooking Instructions: Do not defrost before frying. Heat the cooking oil in a pot until hot. Fry the Burak until golden (about 5 min). 

Ingredients: Pastry roll (wheat flour, water, vegetable oil), halloumi cheese, mozzarella cheese, whole eggs, fresh thyme.
